Selling or renting a property through

We give all our clients, whether landlord, vendor, buyer or tenant, the option of meeting wherever’s convenient, either at your property or a location of your choice in the locality – perhaps at a coffee shop or over lunch. We’ll bring a laptop, so we’ll be prepared to do all that’s necessary to get started on the spot.

We operate honestly and responsibly at all times, and comply with all regulations governing estate agency and property law. For your peace of mind, we’re also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and approved by the Office of Fair Trading.

We will offer to pick you up from your office in Canary Wharf or from the station closest to the property and after we’ve shown you the requested property, we will drop you back off.

Our staff are all carefully selected, and we invest heavily in training and staff development.

We believe that it’s important to be as environmentally friendly as possible – and it makes good business sense too. For instance, we use secure online document signatures as they save on time and paper. For our tenant new home packs we provide everything on a USB memory stick, rather than printed paper. Our print processes are as ‘green’ as possible too, and any paper we do use is recycled.
