I have two properties let through Waterfronts and I am very happy with the service provided. I work overseas and I can relax in knowing that my properties are in good hands. I have never encountered any void periods because Waterfronts always find suitable tenants at the end of a tenancy. My e mails are very promptly answered and my queries are always dealt with in a professional manner. A rental statement is always e mailed directly to me every month. I have several properties nationwide, and I can say that Waterfronts is the best letting agent by far that I deal with. The service from Waterfronts is at a standard above any agent I have had to deal with since I started letting properties eleven years ago.
I am new to the buy to let market, my first estate agent were very unhelpful to say the least. I could not wait for the 1 year contract I had with the them to finish. Shortly after my property was advised, waterfront contacted me and was able to secure me a tenant relatively quickly. Unfortunately, I had problem with this tenant in terms of non-payment of his rent. Despite the fact that I paid waterfronts to let the property only ( no management fee was paid), they worked closely with me until we managed to get the tenant out of the flat. They even managed to help me let out the property again a day after the old tenant moved out.
I find waterfronts extremely helpful and professional; they are good value for money and will support you throughout your time with them. I highly recommend them.
